*Comm Link Opened. A Pirate appears in the view screen, smiling.*
Greetings, Travellers. I'm kind of new to the whole T20 system (Could only get the Lite variant) and am seeking ways to improve it. Problem is, I have no money. Can anyone offer some suggestions? I have one: The creation of my own sector, as well as my own set of rules for space combat, but are their other materials?

A T20 Basic Space Combat cheat sheet:
http://erik.jordan.name/Gaming/T20/BasicStarshipCombatCheatSheet.html
Definitely check out Galactic 2.4 for sector generation:
http://elektrasystems.net/~jimv/gal.htm
(Lots of data there, as well.)
Morte's list is excellent. May I also suggest Falkayn's website:
http://www.falkayn.com/traveller/
Also, I'd like to mention the following sites for their starships, etc.:
http://www.geocities.com/cmdrx/xtek/ships/t20/index.html
and
http://www.angelfire.com/empire2/savage/1WorldOrder/Traveller_Conversions.html
I'd also suggest my website:
http://www.geocities.com/flynnwd/trav/
Hope this helps,
Flynn

Hey, I thought I was the resident assassin around here? graemlins/file_28.gif
That's OK, Chazor, I'm sure the Emperium has enough work to keep both of us busy. graemlins/file_23.gif
Welcome aboard.

I'd take a look at the site these forums are on for starters; lots of goodies in the elibrary, resources section, etc. .
Some additional sites to those already mentioned:
Traveller Integrated Timeline (http://winterwar.prairienet.org/dmckinne/trav.html) (up to 1119 only)
Interactive Atlas of the Imperium (http://www.utzig.com/traveller/iai.shtml)
Zhodani Base (http://zho.berka.com/) Sector info, random sector generator, LBB cover generator, etc.
Free playtest version of Traveller 5th edition rules (T5) (http://www.traveller5.com/index.php) which could be useful for getting a better feel for the range of Traveller character types and could be used to make prior histories to add to T20 Lite. Also the EPIC adventure template is on that site, useful for organizing adventures.
Introduction to Traveller Astrography (http://www.rossmack.com/ab/rpg/traveller/AstroIntro.asp) (i.e. how to read those maps)
now for some additional d20 based rules (use sparingly but they are free) I recomend:
this site (http://www.darkshire.net/~jhkim/rpg/srd/index.html) for easier to use versions of the WotC SRDs including d20 Modern SRD in pdf
Anime d20 and Mecha d20 SRD (http://www.guardiansorder.com/games/d20/) the Mecha SRD is likely the more useful of the two; simple but flexible vehicle creation system
if you do find use from the Anime SRD I suggest the PDF version of the 3.0 Anime d20 SRD (http://www.faterpg.com/dl/animed20srd.pdf); T20 is based on the 3.0 d20 SRD
Finally I suggest you join the ct-starships (http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/ct-starships) yahoo group and get the HgsBeta.zip HGS Beta 1.1.4 build 23 program. It designs ships both for CT's High Guard design rules and T20's. Caveat: this evidently is a bug in this version of the program that was reported elsewhere on this site.
HTH,
Casey

heh; yw; others helped me when I first got back into Traveller so I try to help
I chose the avatar because at the time it was distinctive (and still not too many here use it) and as far as I know the Vilani symbol isn't available. :(
