In Mercenary, PGMP-12's don't require Battle Dress, but they can only be fired every other turn.
In Striker, they are rated as "high recoil" weapons, but are also rated as not requiring battledress. Yet I couldn't find info on "high recoil" weapons in the rules. Since a Striker round is so much longer than a Traveller one, do PGMP-12's only fire every other round in Striker?
How about Azhanti High Lightning, since phases are only 3 seconds long?

If I recall correctly, you cannot both move and fire in the same turn in Striker when using a high recoil weapon.

This is correct. In AHL covering fire and snapshots with a HR weapon cost 6 AP (as opposed to 3 with a normal weapon).
